Often we find our state of mind to be the focus on everything but the state in which OUR mind is in. We center our daily lives on sequences of expectations, regulations, deadlines, and thought patterns of an anxious drive.

Whether it’s work, school, or simply life, our focus is simply self-driven by the amount of thought we place into outcomes all around us. An example being the consistency in creating schedules, from plans to the due dates.

Mind-full investments in which 89% of the time the beneficiary in these events are not you. We give such an excessive amount of our focus into many matters that benefit the opposite party. Covid-19 had an impact on this subject for quite some time, yet the more things seem to be returning to old normal ways, the state of which our mind is in may still be oblivious throughout our hectic work or life demands.

Indulge into a variety of mindful thought patterns that can help shift your overall state of mind along with your levels of awareness from within. Discussing elements in life that can enhance the way one may approach situations, deadlines, or just life’s big mess sometimes, with a new state of mind. A mind filled with patience, humility, and purpose.

thus my brothers if you love peace of heartstrive to enter it by the door of humilityfor no other door but humility leads therein -Unseen Warfare

How can I manifest awareness, if my life requires my attention 24/7?

Walking into each day with a mask to chaos is to overlook the inner battles that need our attention. A major key component to anxiety is often time heavily overlooked at- it’s the overdoing in planning. Concealing our internal struggles will lead to more serious damage in the long run. I know… I know it’s the most overplayed sentence in the modern-day yet here we are twenty-twenty one, and the fundamental construct to open awareness is still left in the dark. Peace has longed in the tunnel if there are no levels of awareness, meaning there will be no light at the end of that tunnel if humility is not the center of your peace.

How much can you afford to fill your mind with ?

A day today will have a similar aspect to a day 10 -50 years ago; however the difference will typically be greater.

Stress is something that will never differ from days in age, the stress in other words is a health condition waiting to happen. Stress is more than a negative component to our minds, it affects the body as a whole: Mind, Body & Soul. About 11.2% of every adult from ages 18 and up experiences feelings of worry and anxiety each year. In the United States alone the 11th leading cause of death is due to a mental health disorder. Drained minds leave no mercy for any regains, mental health disorders are just as serious as any chronic health disease, oftentimes is what the eyes can’t see that lead to far greater harm.

The inability to take in life with eyes for humility is what creates these negative conflicts for events that should be rather used as an opportunity to be thankful for. Something much easier read than done however not impossible to achieve, through manifestation for growth a lot of conflicts will align themselves on their own.

Opening your third eye

As human beings, it’s completely normal to have these varieties of emotions throughout our lives. First & foremost love your mind respect every thought you once bared no matter how awful or painful it may have been at that moment. It is strength waiting to happen.

Know this…

1. Humans CAN change!

2. It starts with YOU!

3. Growth looks different for everyone!

Human beings are wired that way, we are all similar yet different in the soul. We share the same experiences, emotions and something called the world. There should be no discrepancy in your life the minute you decided to make a shift, lay out all your traumas, worries, frustrations, goals, etc. Whatever the case is in your situations open it up. The theory that things should be left alone and untouched is completely harmful.

A little bit about me… this topic is the center of my whole life. I began utilizing professional help during my early adolescent years up to early adulthood.

Did it help? Yes and NO.

Like many of my peers sitting twice a week waiting for our therapist to call us in one by one, I often felt as if this was just a place to be. In my own opinion, psychological therapy during severe trauma is more than a vulnerable experiences, it truly a roller coaster for both ends of the table. It is hard to find help when something is still not processed, healed, or forgiven, it completely difficult to find the light at the end of the tunnel when your mind is quite frankly still stuck in the dark; the darkness of trauma. The worst mistake I made was to create my own meaning to my therapist’s methods. One being the “mind full jar.”

A decade later here I was living a life completely off balance, miserable, full of complaints and problems, with very little sight for solutions. This was all a product of a “mind full jar” of unhealed trauma. It was traumas, worries, frustrations, doubts, and most harmful of them all anger all living rent-free within my mind.

Creating a healthy balance between peace & conflicts

Have you ever hurt or done something in spite of your internal battles. Viewed simple tasks as a heavy burden to do. It is completely normal to project the same energy from inside, out.

It’s simple when a thought is constantly repeated, that there is now mindset.

Your mindset then creates a behavior, and behavior starts or end relationships.

As short as that sentence may have been it took years for me to come to an understanding of my life after observing my behavior and relationship. I instantly knew my mind was the target, I had an obligation to shift my thought patterns.

Things will ultimately always seem hectic when our mind itself is in knits and knots, it’s extremely difficult to display empathy and affection to humanity when that love and kindness is not displayed for ourselves. And how does one do that?

You must understand this, you have a choice. You might not have it then but now is now and the choice is yours. Will, you choose to change or configure in agony & despair. Will, you choose to shift your mindset or linger in pain.

All of this starts with timing: time plays a major role in growth. Problems need to be resolved, Burdens need to burned away, and forgiveness needs to be given. You can not expect a result in anything without taking responsibility for your part. The choice is in your hand, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect considering you made it thing far on reading this article, it is never too late for a second chance on life.

Trust in the community you’ve been given, the community of people around us! they are all learning tools for our own lives. Utilize those closest to you in time of need. There is a risk in every relationship, it takes a brave one to open themselves to vulnerability to allow a relationship of trust to form.

What if I’m let down? I’ve always felt in my heart loyalty is manifestation, “I rather get hurt, than be the one hurting others.” Character reveals itself, don’t live life fearing pain for that will always find its way to you. Instead find peace in that fact that you will always have a Choice.

Choose to balance your life through humility, understand there is a high power from above. Shaping our everyday lives for growth and change & the power lies in your choices.
